ThreeAsFour’s Fall collection looked like something futuristic superhero would wear on her career days. I think the ’sliced’ leggings are what makes it look costume-y, which is fine. I can always rely on ThreeAsFour to bring on the fupe -wear. I mean, I love their brand of strange and I find them very creative. This collection needs some color, though. The swampy color-scheme makes it look slightly hideous. The first photo look like a dress made out of Beyonce’s rejected weaves, which would be very eco-friendly. However, I couldn’t blow up the photo to really see if it was a bunch of Yaki-braids turned couture or just an unusual fabric. Fill me in, if you have the knowledge.

Check out these hideous pieces of furniture! I think my favorite is the chair with the molded butt. I would add some hair for a more realistic effect, though. The gizmo chair is pretty crazy- It’s like it’s gonna bite you. By the way, when I was pregnant, I was looking for a used rocking chair because I’m cheap like that. I should’ve just strapped a chair on a rocker! Dang!… That sumo chair looks like me after I ate too much delicious buffet at Sizzler. The wig lamp is perfect for the tranny-in-training. It holds your wig and provides light for when you’re spackling your make up on. My commentary is done.

Artist Meryl Smith made this doggie bag that would make Paris Hilton squeal and a dog shiver. This dog looks pretty realistic and creepy, especially if you see if from far away, say, in a restaurant. It could totally pass for one of those stuffed carcasses. That being said, I would buy one just for the creep out factor. Check out Meryl’s blog for more unusual art, including her Halloween dress that is still making me barf. Check out her take on football. Love it!

The patchwork galore shown at Rodarte’s last show would have made an bohemian lady who does Tai-Chi in the middle of the post office proud. Yeah, we all know a neighborhood fruit whether you’re in NYC or Bowling Green. Anyway, I’m digging the different fabrics, except I wish they were separated and not thrown together like the $1 a pound store in Boston. Seriously, this is like one of those ‘invisible’ cloaks in Harry Potter. Throw one of these dresses on and sit curled up on the floor. I predict a cat will pass by, sniff you, and then piss and mark its territory. Just sayin’.

Vagrants and hobos were Vivienne Westwood’s inspiration for her Men’s collection. Mugatu is totally pissed about this. I mean, he was the pioneer in ‘Derelicte’ Chic. Seriously, Viv better recognize. Anyway, Vivienne must have the hook ups because that shopping cart works! Around where I’m from, the shopping cart’s wheels lock once you’re out of the supermarket parking lot! This way people can’t steal them and like put their laundry and chirruns in them. This also reminds me when I would wear a fur coat in the winter and sleep at the Port Authority because I would miss my bus back to RI. I would get ‘WTF?’ looks left and right. By the way, plastic bags are a no no.

Romanian designer Olah Gyarfas designed these ‘costumes’ under his label, Rozalb de Mura. This is his Spring 2010 collection that doesn’t utilize any zippers or buttons. Everything is tied together with strings, which emits a hobo/ gypsy air to the overall look. What a pain in the ass to tie. Anyway, this reminds me of that awful horror movie where a couple of hooded scarecrow-looking people lurk around in the dark at these people’s house. I only saw the trailer, but know it’s awful because who walks around with a burlap bag on their head in the damn middle of the night. What was that movie? I think it was The Strangers? Or that other movie with a killer scarecrow that terrorizes a high school. Scarecrow ( ahahahahahaha- I’m in that!) Wow, so many movies with that theme… Anyway, I’m gonna file this under hella fug.

German (but, of course) designer Patrick Mohr showed his Fall 2010 collection in Berlin and was clearly inspired by ‘roidy characters, clowns, bunnies, and the all-weather fabrics at Home Depot. Seriously, Pat must be ragged on so bad because of this ‘collection’. Yeah, a ‘collection’ of sketchy characters. I tried to find more info on Pat, but dude is pretty much MIA on the internet. I guess he’s hiding out after this one. Anyway, he’s probably a kagillionaire that likes to boggle the mind from time to time with crap like this. He’s probably giggling at the audience’s reaction during the show while he sips Perrier backstage. This could very well be the biggest prank in Berlin!
Here is his Spring 2010 collection below. Not as fupe as this one, but pretty much up there…

This is the art of Lucy and Bart.
They explore the human shape.
Check out the green, grassy ape.
How about a beard of blueberry?
Or a face that’s kinda scary?
Pantyhose and balls create a roidy dude’s body.
The guy in tinfoil must have a commadery
With a Hobbit.
Shards of wood? Where’s the first aid kit.
I think something got into my tea today.
Please, Please forgive… mmmkay?

Designer (and cake decorator) Emily Miranda ( she has TWO first names )uses alligator claws and rabbit paws in her jewelry. She also uses seashells and gems, but I thought the claws and paws would be more dramatic. The gold talons on the alligator is pretty cool, actually. It reminds me of this. If you look closely in the second photo, a claw is holding on to the bracelet just like a toddler would. I can’t really deal with rabbit feet (paws) because it remind me of my beloved Mr. Marmar. He totally has rabbit feet (they smell like popcorn- I dunno why) and he’s white. Check out her site for more odd art and some pretty amazing cakes. I hope her cake decorating area is separate from her alligator claw stash.

No, that’s not Mr. Lou Cipher staring back at you…. It’s a badass prison inmate who likes to poke his eye with sharp objects. No, he’s not mentally challenged (I think), but dude got his best prison b*tch (BPB) to tattoo his eye with magical colors, like red and blue. Riddle me this? Are marble eyes in this season? Because I totally missed that. Anyway, this Maestro of Marble Eyes would not reveal his beauty secrets as to what he did exactly to accomplish this ghoulish trend. I figure he missed out on the colored contact trend because dude’s been locked up in prison. Wait ’till he gets out and finds out you could just throw in colored contacts. Bummer. Apparently, sometimes he can’t see. Maybe it’s not such a bad thing to not see in prison. He just needs a chola-rrific tear drop tattoo on his cheekbone to complete the freakish look.
Speaking of ’Not right tattoos’…
