Vegan Pancakes Make My Heart Happy July 7, 2009
Vegan Yum Yum just posted a new pancake recipe. Now she has two. I tried the last one and it was delicious. I can’t wait to try this one - she claims it’s even better. I certainly have a weak spot in my self control when it comes to pancakes. Actually, any breakfast food. But I’m on a quest to lose 7 pounds, which means pancakes are out for me until that’s done.
Still, that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t pass along good information. And while I’m passing out the goods, I wanted to mention for all those ladies in NYC or in Westchester, Andy’s Pure Food in Rye NY is so great. They have sandwiches, smoothies, salads, truffles, brownies, cakes etc etc etc. They are veg and they are tasty. If you’re in the area, stop on by and give it a try. You’ll be happy you did. Andy’s is the ONLY veg place in Westchester county.
