Today I received a small and sleek pamphlet for the company called Tonin Casa. I have to say the pamphlet made me want to see more and so I decided to check out their website www.tonincasa.it. When you get to the catalogue page on the website it asks you if you want Modern or Classic. Now this wasnt an easy choice for me but I chose classic first which tells me a little something about my style preference. The first four below are found in the Classic section and the last four were found in the modern section. Which one do you prefer?

I just noticed that my last two posts started off with me talking about how I have been cleaning. Must be spring or something! ;) All our family and friends that are attending the wedding will be here in two weeks! So I am trying to clean up here and there and just keep up with it so when our two guests come I won’t have to do too much and get stressed out about it. I think I have enough things to stress about with the wedding coming up! Right now I just want my house to look really clean and no clutter so these images are keeping me motivated.
Whenever my mom goes on a diet she finds these magazine clippings of super models to hang up on the fridge so I guess it’s kind of like that. :)

It seems like I wasn’t the only one who had a busy week this week so I hope that you are all doing something fun for Friday night! I wish I was in England right now so I could check out this really cool bar that is black and white during the day and pink and purple at night. Pretty groovy huh? I love this modern elegant look with the minimal Verner Panton white chairs juxtaposed with gorgeous chandeliers and organic prints on the walls. I think those closed off little nooks are great for sound insulation and privacy and that bar is so fabulous! Restaurants and bars like these really make me miss living in a big city. Even if you can’t visit a place like this I hope you have a great night! I will be by tomorrow to show you my favorites from the week!

From all of the blog posts that I have been reading it seems as if most of you are headed toward Christmas family gatherings and won’t be back until the New Year. Fortunately my mother lives down the street from me so I don’t have an excuse to get off the internet yet. I think I am addicted. I guess there are worse things to be addicted too. This is such a special time of year because it brings people together more and I feel so much more giving. I have so much appreciation for all the people who subscribe to my blog and the people who comment and encourage me to keep doing this silly and addictive thing called blogging. I honestly just love looking at pretty pictures and sharing them because I can’t imagine keeping them to myself. So with that said here is a beautifully decorated home in London. I love the whole clean cozy feel of this house with the neutral colors and accents like trunk coffee tables and Buddha sculptures with a touch of tasteful wicker. I am even loving the splash of red where you would never expect it. Just lovely. I hope all of you have a wonderful Christmas tomorrow and gain new happy memories. :)

One of my favorite looks right now is black and white with rich woods. I think it is so stunning, clean, modern and chic. The black and white give the space a clean minimal look and the rich woods really help to make the space feel warmer. I love how the warm wood tones with the clean black and white give the space such a beautiful balance.
Note: I believe that this Apartment isn’t in the state Alaska, its in Alaska somewhere near London.

I thought that showing some black and white bedroom interiors would fit the mood for the upcoming holiday of Halloween. These rooms aren’t really spooky or scary but they are pretty great and I don’t recommend painting all your walls black for Halloween but an accent wall could look pretty cool if done right like some of the ones below. Some might feel that an all black and white interior can seem cold and uninviting so that’s why I like the idea of adding a little splash of yellow or beige to warm it up a bit. Adding a natural colored rug or rich woods can also do the trick.
