Room of the Day: Bathroom to Wake Up To

How lovely would it be to crawl out of bed and get into this bathtub to wake up for the day with the sun shining in? After the bath you have a lovely robe to slip on and then you sit down at your pretty vanity and put on makeup and your perfume and any other necessary beauty to dos. Some of the details that I love about this space is the bubbly light fixture above the tub and that wallpaper is beautifully subtle and the long plum velvet drapery that floods on the gorgeous wood parquet flooring. Swoon!

double swoon, seriously. That is *gorgeous.* To keep myself from dying of jealousy, I’d have to say that I’d have to change that chandelier, though, and go with something a smidge more ornate ;)

Looove this! I’m dying to re-do my bathroom, only thing my big tub is built into marble so I probably can’t do the bathtub, but I’d take the rest right down to the pink robe!

I’m usually not a fan of wallpaper but WOW! And the venetian mirror - so decadent. And the deep soaking tub… sigh…

I love that tub! But I keep imagining the water splashing on the floor :(
