Room of the Day: Oahu Hotel Room

Thursday, August 13th, 2009

As I mentioned in my last post I am looking forward to getting off Maui for a few days and exploring Oahu’s night life and hiking trails. After I saw this post from Life in a Venti Cup I started wishing I could stay in this hotel room for my mini vacation.

I started looking at this photo some more and realized the architecture is really similar to our loft. Not as fancy but we have a railing that overlooks the living area below. They implemented a beautiful, what looks to be a capiz shell chandelier, and I had never really thought about adding a light fixture in that area. I am now looking into different options that I could do on a budget. Isnt it beautiful?

capiz shell chandeliers are awesome options for those of us on a budget. luckily, the people who rented before us left theirs in the bathroom and it’s the perfect spot!
