Interior Spaces: Kenya’s Ngong House

Monday, August 3rd, 2009

I have never had a strong desire to visit Kenya but I think staying somewhere like this would do just fine.

I really love how different yet luxurious the living and sleeping quarters are. The log type architecture, the wood and rattan furniture and the long drapes are just a few lovely attributes to the two leveled Tree houses. The lodge overlooks the Ngong Hills and secluded in 10 acres of private land. They also offer excursions including a walk or drive to the giraffe centre where you can feed them or drive to an elephant and rhino orphanage set up by the world famous Daphine Sheldrik. I would say this would definitly be an experience that I would remember. Sound fun?
