Lately my sleep schedule has been all out of wack because of the 11 hour time difference between Ireland and Hawaii. I am starting to finally get into the hang of things. For awhile though I was passing out at around 7′oclock at night. You sort of have to just force yourself to get back into your regular routines even if you are really hungry or really tired. The human anatomy is quite fascinating!

It’s hard to stay awake when all I want to do is crawl into these comfy looking beds. I love the styling of them. They aren’t stuffy or too rigid. Perfect for a good night sleep.

Recently, I was able to check out from my local library the audio book to
“French for all Seasons” and I was fascinated with the word “equilibrium” which is so important to recognize in one’s body. Like a clock, it tells us how to operate best. There is nothing like a good night’s rest to remedy and recharge - that and some fresh fruits and veggies….

The bed in the outdoors is the one for me…I love taking a nap outside on a hammock…but in a comfy bed like that…that would just be fabulous.

I know how that is! When I got back from my London trip a couple years ago I was almost 12 hours off of California time. Whoo it took me a good solid week and a half to really get readjusted.
