Room by Color: Blue Bedrooms
Wednesday, April 8th, 2009I love how interiors with blue and white instantly make a space feel coastal, cool, and serene. It doesn’t seem to matter what the style of the furniture is. The colors at least for me instantly remind me of the ocean. Do they do the same for you?
Blue and white also seem to create a perfect feeling for a bedroom. I would imagine blue would be a great color to fall asleep to as if you were surrounded by blue skies and clouds. Making me sleepy just thinking about it. :)

Just painted my daughters bedroom Sweet Dreams blue. Love it! Such a happy color. Love your pictures.

my current bedroom has baby blue walls and some white accents and it’s very relaxing. these are all pretty interiors, but #2’s bed is so luxuriant.

I love bedroom number 2…the bed is amazing!!! Now I have to I feel the need to paint a room blue.

Such a classic color combo–and I love how each shade of blue tells a slightly different story. It can be dark and dramatic, bright and cheerful, or totally calm and serene. What a beautiful round up!
