I really like the idea of discussing and exchanging opinions on different interiors either good or bad. I definitely don’t want to get mean or nasty but I think it is a good thing to look at things critically and have your own opinion instead of having me or someone else tell you what is beautiful. So with that said I want to try to show an interior either once a day or every other day (we will see how this goes) and get peoples opinion on interior spaces with a flair. You may love it or you may hate it and I want to know how you feel. Sound fun?

So here is an interior that I find quite quirky and beautiful. I think the artwork and placement of it is fabulous and even though too many pillows can be annoying I find it really fun. My fiance would disagree. He is always saying “more pillows?! I know they are almost utterly useless but I just can’t get enough of them! I also really love that surfboard shaped coffee table and that seventies style ceiling lamp is perfect! Notice the blue green wall color flows nicely with the wallpaper in the adjacent room too.

So what do you guys think? Do you love it?

I was very intrigued by the beautiful designs of Mokum Textiles when I saw it on Design Sponge awhile back ago. They have so many beautiful patterns. I can see myself going crazy with them. I also really like how they have displayed them for the photo shoot. For instance the pillow on the grass and those beautiul pink upholstered chairs with lovely backdrops.
