Here’s my dilema…I’m very pale white, no color anywhere on my skin, oily skin on the face…and I’m going to Maui mid-August. I’ve already had skin cancer on my face - so tanning of any kind (real sun or tanning beds) are out for me.
I want some color before I go - I know I can still burn over there - I’ll have on major SPF - but I want some color!
So - is this the way to go? Or mist tan?

Hey Beth! This Xen Tan is super!! There is a product in the line which is great for “beginners” and those with lighter skin. It is the tan extending lotion. It has just enough self tanner to get you started so you can see some color. When you get used to the process, step up to the Transform Luxe, which is a daily lotion for a little bit more color.
Also, if it is in the budget, find a spot in your town which does air brush spray tans. See if you like the color and try it out a few weeks before you go. If you like it, do it the week of the trip. You then can take the tan extender lotion with you to maintain it.
p.s. I do not really tan my face, find a great oil free bronzer to give your face some color.
